About the H.O.A.
The HOA was formed by the original homeowners of Preston Vineyards IV in 1995. The primary purpose of the HOA is to ensure that all properties within the community conform to general standards established in our community documents, maintain the community pool area and all common areas in the community.
The HOA employs a management company which collects dues, coordinates maintenance of the common areas and the pool facility, as well as drives the community regularly to confirm that all properties are within the rules governing our community. They also provide services to the board such as document storage, budgetary needs, secure bids for services, coordinate mailings, give advice and so much more.
Board members are homeowners like yourself. They are elected by homeowners to fill key board positions. The board members are not paid and put in long hours and late nights and sometimes bear criticism for difficult choices they make.
- But how do I know what they are doing with my dues?
